Or are you just simply looking to work out with a group of friends, while enjoying and grinding at the same time? We are launching a new Fitness programme to help everyone and anyone who Is looking to get a good workout.
Prevent or Delay Disease
Studies have proven that exercising regularly can help prevent or delay many diseases and disabilities especially Osteoporosis. Exercise is an effective treatment for many chronic conditions; it also helps people with high blood pressure, balancing problems and walking difficulties.
Manage Stress & Improve Mood
Exercising regularly can help manage stress and improve your mood. And, being active on a regular basis may help reduce feelings of depression. Studies also suggest that exercise can improve or maintain some aspects of cognitive functions such as your ability to shift quickly between tasks, plan an activity and ignore irrelevant information.
This programme is designed specifically to push your fat burning system to overdrive. You will burn more calories in 20 minutes than you would in an entire hour on the elliptical machine. The after-effects of this programme will leave you burning more calories then usual in the next 48 hours.
