Did you miss the online HIIT workout sessions in May? Or are you looking forward to more of such sessions? We hear you and so… we are bringing you more HIIT workouts in June!
High intensity interval training or HIIT is a form of cardio exercise done in short, intense bursts that aims to maximise athletic performance under conditions where the muscles are deprived of oxygen. It is a great form of exercise to include in your workout routine if you are seeking to build strength and muscle endurance or trying to lose weight.

How can you join the Zoom HIIT workout sessions?
- Register with our Sports Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once your registration is confirmed, the Sports Team will send you the Zoom link before each session
- Download the Zoom app if you do not have the app yet, go to the link sent to you and enjoy the workout session!
Note: By joining the workout(s), the participant shall indemnify the Club against any liabilities of all sorts caused directly or indirectly from the workout(s). The participant shall also not hold the Club or the officials responsible for any harm or injury sustained during the workout(s).
