Gentle Yoga is a form of traditional hatha yoga, focusing more on deep stretching that fits all levels. It can also be beneficial for certain health issues eg. blood pressure problems, backaches and stiff shoulders, hips & hamstrings.
Join our Yoga instructor, Judit Gal, in these online yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom and you can choose to join all or any of the sessions.

About the Instructor:
Judit Gal’s teaching path started in 2008 when she signed up for a 200-hour yoga instructor training course with no intention of teaching. As soon as the course was over, she became a volunteer and co-teacher without realising it. The following year, she started running her own classes. In 2011, she completed a course in Applied Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga and in 2012, she spent a couple of months in India and studied yoga therapy. Judit teaches hatha yoga with a little bit of flow, yin and therapy mixed in depending on the need of the participants. As a freelance instructor, she travels all over the island taking corporate and private sessions. Judit believes that yoga is for everyone, bringing the body and mind in harmony and peace.
