2.4KM RUN CHALLENGE
Running on treadmill is a good way to make sure you keep the pace in a controlled environment and at the same time protect your knees. It also encourages persistence and best of all, you can run rain or shine. Winners will be based on total kilometres clocked in a month.
Pull-ups is one of the most convenient exercises which you can do practically anywhere. It efficiently builds up your back and arm muscles. If you want good biceps development, pull-up is the way to go. Winners will be based on total pull-up reps accumulated in a month.
